Detailed Budget: If you wish to explore building your own home or want to have a very clear understanding of costs before you seek a builder this program is perfect for you. The program is designed to provide both a tool and instruction to develop detailed pricing with the ability to evaluate hundreds of alternative features and details with greater accuracy.
The program is broken into three 1 hour “one on one” online sessions that will teach you how to use the powerful Excel based estimating program that will provide a tool for you to use throughout the home building project. The Cost for the three sessions is $290 and includes a download of the budgeting program for your continued use.

Your Neighborhood is Great, Your Neighbors are Great, BUT you desperately need an updated or larger home.
In this session you will review a selection of additions and remodeling projects, including additions, basement finishing, kitchen renovations, decks. and more. You will gather design ideas and more importantly learn basic cost information to help you determine the feasibility of your project.
